Shipping Policy
  • All of our orders are shipped from Natures Sunshine headquarters via Mail Innovations (UPS-United Parcel Service).
  • Shipping within the continental USA is $5.00 for up to 3 items, $7.95 for up to 6 items. Please contact us for shipping on more than 6 items.
  • For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and US territories it is still $5.00.
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.A.
    Sorry no C.O.D's.
  • All orders will have delivery confirmation from the United States Post Office. Delivery times within the US vary between 3-7 business days via United Postal Service depending on your location.

  • When returning items, please enclose reason for the return and your order number. We will not process a return unless you have your order number included. Please return all unused portions in original package within 30 days of the date of purchase.

    Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns. All returns must be preceded by a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization email us at rosanna@natures-own.us

    Note: Natures-Own reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if it suspects fraud, abuse or breach of any of these Policies and Procedures.
